We first met Ryan at Jill and Jake‘s wedding this past year. He mentioned he was getting married the next fall, and we struck up a conversation. On their wedding day they had a first look in Congress Park in Saratoga, and what a beautiful day they had for it. Afterwards we spent the next 2 hours with them and their bridal party wandering around taking photos. After their ceremony at St. Clement’s we headed to Longfellows for a fun-filled evening of dancing. Ryan, we’reView full post »
A few years ago, we worked with Caitlyn and Nick for their wedding photos in Lake George. They loved their wedding photos so much, they decided to contact us again for a fall portrait session with their extended family. We were able to shoot on location at the family farm, and the barn wood and stacked hay provided a perfect backdrop for portraits. Thanks so much for think of us! Your family was delightful! We hope you had a nice holiday season.

In October, I had the pleasure of making the 5 hour trip from NY to State College, PA for Caroline & Sanket’s engagement session. Not only did they make the drive down, but they also brought along their dogs . It’s only appropriate as their dogs were the ones that introduced them to each other; they first met at a dog park. We started on Penn State’s campus since they both attended there and then we made our way over to Tudek Dog Park for some more photos. Thanks soView full post »
Sheri and Kevin had a simple and lovely wedding and reception this past October. The two were married in Lake George, and they had their reception at Davidson Brothers Brewery in Glens Falls. Everyone we met that day was truly friendly, and kind, and Sheri and Kevin’s kids were adorable!
Thanks for sharing your wedding day with us!

We met Andrea and Ray almost three years ago now! We’ve photographed their wedding, their son’s newborn photos, his 6 month photos, and now he’s one year old! It’s amazing to see how much this kid had grown, he’s seriously adorable. Through the years we’ve become good friends, and it’s always nice to get together and catch up. This time they came to our studio for a fall portrait and a mini cake smash for Macoy’s birthday.

We met Krista at a bridal show in Saratoga, and we instantly connected. She and Mark are getting married at the Washington Inn this summer. (Actually, they’re already technically married, but they’re having a celebration with family and friends). The celebration is on my birthday (July 12th). Normally, we wouldn’t schedule a wedding that day, but these two were so cool, we had to make an exception.
For their engagement session they suggested the Historic Barns atView full post »
Nicole and Sean flew in from San Francisco for a destination wedding in Saratoga Springs at one of our favorite spots, the National Museum of Dance. The couple chose a simplistic route for their wedding day, and chose to forgo a wedding party. This meant that we had extra time to spend with the two of them, and we found them both delightful.
Longfellow’s catered, the Lake George Baking Company supplied the gorgeous cake, Feltousen’s created the flower bouquets, and Cool CatView full post »
Rob and Zack were married at Zack’s parent’s historic home in Ghent, NY. The two currently live near Washington, D.C, but they (and many of their friends and family), traveled to NY for the wedding.
These two were so incredibly nice and friendly, and their ceremony was so emotional. As “hardened” wedding photographers, we’re generally pretty serious at wedding ceremonies, but this one made us both tear up! The reception was also held at the home, and one ofView full post »
