The Gardella Family – Saratoga Springs Portrait Photographer- Camera Famosa Photography

We met with the Gardella family a few weeks ago in one of our favorite spots in Saratoga.  You might recognize some of these folks from Elizabeth and Zack’s wedding this past spring.  It was so much fun to work with three generations of family, thanks for thinking of us for your family photos! ~ Sincerely – Allison & TimView full post »

Andrew + Jena – Engaged – Saratoga Springs – Saratoga County Wedding Photographer

Back when the weather was sunny and bright, we had an awfully fun engagement session with Andrew and Jena.  We had a really nice time walking around Saratoga Springs to some of our favorite spots, including Northshire Bookstore, Betty’s Cupcakes, and Skidmore College.  Jena and Andrew are getting married at The National Museum of Dance this summer, and we can’t wait! ~Sincerely – Allison & Tim Jena is a fellow Social Studies teacher, so we had to take a picture in theView full post »

Bhakta + Matt – Wed – Key Hall – Schenectady, NY – Camera Famosa Photography

Bhakta and Matt were married this past September in the beautiful Schenectady Rose Garden, and their reception was at Key Hall.  These two were simply bunches of fun to work with, and were lovely to talk with at each step of the planning process.  Bhakta has exquisite taste, and look gorgeous in her shoes and dress, and Matt was one happy groom!  Nate of Piano Man DJ Productions made sure that guests danced throughout the evening.  Thanks so much for choosing us to photograph your day! ~View full post »

Invasive species – Sustainable Saratoga – Spring Street Gallery

Tim was recently asked to collaborate with Sustainable Saratoga and the Spring Street Gallery in Saratoga Springs, NY to help raise awareness of invasive plants and trees surrounding this great city.  He was honored that they thought of him and jumped at the chance to capture some of the non-native species in the area.  He knows this isn’t going to lead to people immediately chopping down non-native trees in their own backyard, all we hope for is that the community becomes aware ofView full post »

Anna + Jared – Wed – Goderie Tree Farm – Saratoga Wedding Photographer – Camera Famosa Photography

Jared and Anna were married this past August on Jared’s family tree farm.  The couple spent bunches of thought and time decorating the tree farm for their wedding.  As high school sweethearts, it seemed that they’d been thinking about this wedding for years.  Perennials were scattered around both the ceremony and reception sites.  Giant trees were brought in for the center of the tent.  Anna and Jared had sweet words for each other in a heartfelt ceremony, and the ceremonial arborView full post »

Sarah – Class of 2014 – Congress Park – Senior Photos – Camera Famosa Photography

Sarah’s another senior who I had the pleasure of having twice – once in 7th grade, and again as a junior in my AP History class. Sarah’s funny, smart, kind, and fast (she’s a runner), and I was incredibly excited when she contacted us for her senior photos!  Sarah, good luck in your senior year!  I know you’ll do well – whatever path you choose. ~ Sincerely – Allison & TimView full post »

The Thompson Family – Family Portraits – Schuylerville, NY – Camera Famosa Photography – The Saratoga Battlefield

I don’t think I could say enough about how much fun we had with the Thompson family.  We shot Elizabeth and Zach’s wedding this past May, and they called us up again for some family photos.  We decided to travel to the Saratoga battlefield, and luckily, the skies decided to provide us with some perfect weather.  These guys were so friendly and nice, and we all had bunches of fun trying to get the baby’s attention.  Also, did you notice how well they color coordinated? ThankView full post »

Brian + Chelsea – Wed – Camera Famosa Photography

Chelsea and Brian were married at the Nassau Sportsman Club this past July.  Brian is an avid hunter, so the Sportsman Club made a perfect venue for their ceremony and reception (this also explains why there were antlers on the tables at the reception).  Though Brian likes to act like he’s a really tough guy, he cried more than any groom we’ve seen as Chelsea walked down the aisle, and it made for a really sweet ceremony.  Nate, from Piano Man Productions was on hand to make sureView full post »

Riley – Class of 2014 – Greenwich, NY – Camera Famosa Photography – Washington County, NY

I’m so happy to share these photos of Riley on our blog.  I’ve known Riley for about 5 years now.  I had her twice at Greenwich – once in 7th grade, and once as a Junior.  I was really excited when she asked us to take her photos, and she found the perfect location to match her personality.  Riley loves the country, and of course, she loves chickens.  She found a farm right down the road with a pretty red barn and a nice flock of chickens to pose for her portrait. Good luckView full post »
