I was recently invited to work with the Schuylerville Library on a promotional photo shoot. All kinds of community members turned out to have their photo taken! Local business owners, the mayor, the superintendent, and many local families showed up to have their picture taken to help promote all the local library has to offer. I was really excited to be a part of this event, and I look forward to working with the Schuylerville community in the future.

Here’s our newest sample album! We have several different wedding albums that we show our clients as examples, but this is by far my favorite. Not only is it big and beautiful, but it comes from an eco-conscious company that produces everything right here in the U.S. This particular album is 14×14 and has a simple yet elegant fabric cover. The options are endless when it comes to our selection of albums. They come in various sizes, there are dozens of choices when it comes to the cover (not only are there fabric covers, but metal, as well as a really cool non-scratch plexi-glass cover, and leather), imprinting of your name and wedding date, or a cutout window on the cover.
Generally we allow couples to choose between 25-35 of their favorite images to be included, and then we choose a few other images to create a visual story of your wedding day. We work on the layout of the album and once we think it’s complete, we email a copy to the couple for approval. They can ask for things to be changed or rearranged and when the proper changes are made and everyone’s happy, we send it out to be printed and assembled.
It was easy putting this album together. The images are from a wedding we shot in Brant Lake, NY this past August. The couple, Andrea and Ray, were great, their family and friends were very nice, and they had a beautiful day on top of that. We had an absolute blast photographing and being a part of their wedding!
The pages are rather thick. They’re actually photographic prints that are mounted to a thick poster board like material. Each album comes with 10 pages, or 20 sides, but more pages are available for an additional fee. Each album also comes in a designer box which contains an image from your wedding day as the cover. Not only does it make for a lovely presentation, it also ensures longevity and that it will be something around for generations to come.
This is just one of several album types that we offer here at Camera Famosa. We also have a more reasonably priced Coffee Table style book for couples who are looking for something a little more casual, but they also make great parent books too.

What a way to close out the 2011 wedding season! We can’t wait to share the rest of our photos from this wedding, but for now we’ll just tease you with our sneak peek.
